We accept PayPal and Credit Card payments. PayPal eChecks must clear before we can process the order. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

Pennsylvania residents are required to pay 6% sales tax.

We do have a No-Cancellation policy, but only because we process orders VERY quickly. If we haven't printed your order for processing yet, we'll be happy to cancel for you.


We're determined to get you your items as soon as possible. During the work week, we are printing the orders for processing as quickly as you are placing them. We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days.

We ship Monday-Friday via USPS. A shipping notification with tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. Shipping charges cover packaging, handling, and shipping, so we do not offer partial refunds for shipping overages.

Once your package is scanned “Accepted” by USPS, they have assumed responsibility for your items. In most cases, you can expect First Class packages to be delivered in 3-5 business days, and Priority Mail in 2-3 business days (from the date we ship). Every once in a while a package is delayed for delivery, or unfortunately lost. While we cannot control their delivery, we can help you with USPS Customer Service and locating your package.

International orders take 2-6 weeks for delivery. Please note, we will not adjust the value on International customs forms. This value is input directly by Etsy when we print the shipping label. We are not responsible for any customs fees associated with the delivery of an International package. International buyers may have to pay additional fees in order to sign for/receive a package.

The amount charged for shipping at checkout is an estimate. We reserve the right to invoice the buyer for the difference after the order has been packaged and weighed. If shipping payment is not received within 48 hours, the invoice will be refunded and cancelled.

While we're sure to quality check orders a minimum of two times prior to shipment, sometimes mistakes still slip through our hands. If you receive items that are damaged or not as described, please contact us for refund/exchange options.

Don't like the items you purchased? We accept returns for all of our items as long as they're in original condition. Returns must be received within the 30 days from the postmarked delivery date to the customer. Up to a 20% re-stocking fee may be charged based on the size of the return. Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer if there was no fault on our part.


Part of us being able to offer our items at such a low price is that we process them quickly. All single items are counted only once; we perform a "quick-count" and quality check (for all items available in sets of 50). Quantities can vary from 47-53 pieces due to human error, oversight, or items being stuck together. There may be a small quantity of defective pieces, but we pay close attention to obvious errors. Gemstones may fall out during shipment and flowers may need to be fluffed, steamed, or pressed.

We do not package elastic onto rolls, that is done at our factory. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the quantity listed. We acknowledge that rolls may be short, so we offer them at a generously low price. Elastic may have staples or tape in it, or marks or stains from the machines. We are not able to quality check it prior to shipment. If you receive a roll that is significantly damaged, we are sorry in advance and are more than happy to aid you with a resolution.

We cannot guarantee "true color". Colors may vary due to computer monitor settings and/or dye lots received from our manufacturer. We make every effort to provide accurate photos of all of our products.
